Yoya will neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. we will never disclose your personal information to any organization or individual except when required by law. we have procedures to ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe, secure, and responsible manner. if you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. Yoya will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.
All orders are shipped by usps on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
For express service, orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 11AM EST.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
Yoya is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

If you wish to receive 2nd day or overnight shipping, please call the store to process your order.
Ground - $15.00
2nd Day - $25.00
Overnight - $45.00
Yoya does not ship internationally at this time.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Yoya online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
Sale merchandise is Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.
Returns must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE
1. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.
2. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit, so we recommend insuring and/or tracking your return package.
