Refund policy
If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original shipping date.
Please note:
We offer store credit only for returned items; refunds are not issued.
Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and we do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, as Yoya is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return for it to be processed. You’ll receive an email once your store credit or exchange has been issued. If an exchange item is unavailable, we will issue store credit instead.
